Genius Consultants Ltd was established in 27th July 1993. It began as a Recruitment Consulting Organization and in a span of 14 years, Genius diversified into Outsourcing of Manpower, Payroll, Employment Verification, HR Consulting.

We have  presence in all Major Metros/ Cities - Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Chandigargh, Coimbator, Vizak, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati and Patna  with a strong team of 200 direct employees and 12100 Associates servicing 1525 clients all over India and abroad .

 
We have made 11250 Middle and Senior placements in sixteen countries.
 
Genius manages the payroll of around 14,000 employees.
 
Genius conducts employee verification for 25 clients.
   


Genius Team is a group of enterprising, self-motivated, dynamic & qualified professionals working towards a common goal – "customer satisfaction". Genius team comprises of MBAs, Engineers, Lead Assessors, CAs & post graduates from reputed institutes. Average age of Employee is 32 years.
